• - The user and the Internet service admit the legal force of this agreement which is equal to a written document.
• - Before using the Service, the User agrees to read and accept this agreement.
• - By clicking the "Start exchanging" button, the Client agrees with the exchange rules.

SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT:

• The Internet service provides the User with services for the exchange of electronic funds of certain payment systems or Banks.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES:

THE INTERNET RESOURCE IS OBLIGED TO:

• - Provide the User with the services for the exchange of electronic funds of payment systems available on the site on the basis of this Agreement.
• - Provide the User with information and technical support at different stages of using the services of the Internet resource.
• - Guarantee the security of information about transactions (personal information of a user, current transactions, time of transactions, amount of money transfers, etc.). The relevant data is available to the Exchange Service and the User who created this application.
• - Provide the User with discounts on services in cases prescribed by the Agreement.

THE USER IS OBLIGED TO:

• - Have an available Internet connection using a computer or other equipment. Ensure connection security through anti-virus programs. Have an up-to-date email for timely information (notifications).
• - Provide the Resource with complete and correct data for the accurate execution of operations (personal data, payment details).
• - Refrain from using traffic increase programs.
• - Not to use the Internet resource if the service fails and to inform the support service or the site administrator.
• - Fulfill the terms of the Agreement.
• - Notify of all the cases of full or partial non-receipt of funds to the recipient's account.
• - Not to violate the current legislation of the country where the User is located.

THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE INTERNET RESOURCE HAS THE RIGHTS TO

• - Temporarily interrupt the activity of the Internet resource due to technical work or service updates.
• - Hold the current operation, if a payment system, users or state authorities contact us when checking some complains about fraudulent activities.
• - Block the current operation and keep the funds on the User's account until his identity and the accuracy of the information provided are confirmed.
• - Apply and revise the system of discounts for users.
• - Reject the application for the provision of services to any user without any explanation.
• - Stop the cooperation with the User who allows himself any impolite treatment, provides with the incorrect data, asks questions that are not related to the operation of the service.
• - Ask for additional user information (payment screen, etc.), if an error is found in the funds transfer, via the user's email.
• - Send to the User's e-mail information about the status of his exchange operation, as well as advertising information.
• - Supplement or amend the Agreement. Any changes come into force after they are published on the Internet resource.

EXCHANGE REGULATIONS

• The transfer operation starts after the User's funds have been received. If the funds are not received within 15 minutes, the application receives the status "Deleted". If the funds are received after 15 minutes, the User must contact the technical support service, then the application will be processed at the rate set at the time of receipt of funds.

• Any exchange transactions occur only on this website. The E-mail, technical support chat and telegram links were created only for contacting the operator and administrator of the exchange service. No exchange transactions are made on third-party resources.

• When exchanging cryptocurrency, the amount of the received fund can differ from the amount of the sent fund, because it can be changed according to the current exchange rate at the time of receipt of funds. This is acceptable in case of a rate change of more than 0.5% from the original.

• The operation is considered to be completed after the funds have been transferred to the User's account. The user cannot cancel the initiated transaction or return the funds for the exchange if the application has received the status "New application" and its processing has begun.

• At the time of receipt of funds that slightly differ in amount from those indicated in the application, the actually received funds are exchanged. At the time of receipt of funds that differ significantly in amount from those indicated in the application, the application will receive the status "Invalid". The user has to contact technical support. Further, the actually received funds will be exchanged after the circumstances of the incorrectly created application are clarified, or the funds will be returned to the User's account.

• If invalid or erroneous data on the transfer is indicated, all operations are terminated, the application acquires the status "Invalid". The funds are returned to the User, after contacting technical support, a commission for the transaction is also withheld. Erroneous requests and funds received on these requests are stored during a calendar month, at the end of the time, requests are deleted and funds are not returned.

• If you change the comments to the payment or the transfer of funds was made from an external account, the application is marked as "Invalid". Refunds occur after the User contacts the technical support, and a commission for the transaction is also withheld.

• When the User receives funds from the Bitcoin Payment System: the timing of transaction confirmation depends on the system, this process can take from 15 minutes to several days, neither the User nor the Exchange Service can influence it.

• If there are situations in which the user's transaction has a high risk during AML verification or communication with these sites:

  The exchange service needs some additional information about the user. The site administration has the right to request the passage of the personal identification procedure (KYC): a video selfie where you should hold your passport with your hand (with readable data: series and number of the passport, full name), without interrupting the video you should demonstrate the wallet / account from which the transaction was sent (with readable data: date and time, amount and address of the recipient). After passing the verification, the funds will be returned to the sender (minus the commission spent on the return of funds).

THE GUARANTEE AND RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES

• - Incorrect use of the service by the User, including errors made in the process of filling out the items of the application for the exchange of funds. When transferring funds to the wrong account, this operation is irreversible, the system does not refund funds.
• - Incorrect actions of payment systems and banks, the appearance of costs, delays in transactions, freezing of operations, cancellation of payments, transfers.
• - Loss or non-receipt of income by the User, which arose in case of an erroneous idea of tariffs and profitability of operations.
• - Operations performed by third parties on behalf of the User. Compensation for losses to third parties arising from the use of the service by the User.

FORCE MAJEURE CIRCUMSTANCES

• In case that the exchange is impossible due to certain force majeure circumstances, the parties disclaim their obligations for the delay or failure to fulfill their obligations under the Agreement. The following situations are force majeure: military actions, strikes, epidemics, terrorist attacks, hacker attacks, earthquakes and other natural disasters. It can also include violations in the operation of telecommunications systems.

MANDATORY CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE OPERATIONS

• - The use of the Internet resource for illegal and fraudulent transactions is prohibited. In case of attempting to exchange funds of dubious origin, the Service will transfer all data about the User, his operations, if their unfoundedness is proved, to the administration of the relevant payment system and the competent authorities.
• - The user is personally responsible for the legitimacy of the sources of funds.
• - When making transfers through a bank, the appropriate Internet banking systems are used. A transaction executed through an ATM or by a bank operator cannot be considered. The refund occurs after the identification of the sender of the payment. The user has to take a picture of the passport and his bank card in his hands, which was used to make the payment, and send them to our email.
• - By clicking the "Proceed to payment" button, the User confirms that he agrees with the clauses of this Agreement.
