Can I cancel or reverse my transaction?

Cancellation is possible only before your funds are sent to the blockchain. Once a blockchain transaction is confirmed, it cannot be reversed — this is a fundamental property of cryptocurrency. Contact support immediately if you need to cancel.

When You Can Cancel

  • Before payment — You can simply close the page and not send payment. The order will expire automatically.
  • After payment, before processing — Contact support immediately. If the exchange hasn't started, cancellation may be possible.
  • After blockchain confirmation — Cancellation is not possible. Blockchain transactions are irreversible by design.

How to Request Cancellation

Email support with your order number and reason for cancellation. Include payment proof if you've already sent funds. The support team will review and process your request within 2-4 hours.
