The Service is committed to protecting Users' personal data in full compliance with applicable law, including FATF requirements, local personal data laws (such as Russian Federal Law 152-FZ, GDPR in the EU, and similar acts). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use, store, and protect it, and with whom we may share it. It forms an integral part of the Terms of Service and the AML/KYC Policy.

1. General Provisions

The Service processes personal data solely for the following purposes:

  • 1.1. Compliance with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing legislation (AML/CFT).
  • 1.2. Provision of exchange services.
  • 1.3. Ensuring the security of Users and the Service.
  • 1.4. Compliance with international FATF standards, the Travel Rule, and regulatory requirements (OFAC, FinCEN, etc.).

2. Categories of Personal Data

  • full name, date of birth, passport details or other identification document data;
  • residential address (confirmed by a utility bill or other supporting document);
  • contact details (email, phone, and others);
  • information about the source of funds and origin of assets (in cases of elevated risk);
  • User's payment details provided to perform an exchange;
  • IP address, User ID, cookies;
  • correspondence with support and inquiries submitted to the Service;
  • transaction history and data on incoming and outgoing transactions.

3. Purposes of Data Processing

  • Customer identification and verification (KYC);
  • Transaction monitoring to detect suspicious activity;
  • Fulfilment of reporting obligations to regulators (suspicious transactions, requests from government authorities);
  • Prevention of fraud, terrorism financing, and other crimes;
  • Service improvement, analytics, and marketing (only with consent or in anonymised form);
  • Data retention to comply with legal requirements (including indefinitely, where required for AML purposes).

4. Data Transfer and Disclosure

We do not sell personal data to third parties. Disclosure is permitted only in the following cases:

  • to government authorities upon mandatory request (FinCEN, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, FATF, OFAC, etc.);
  • to counterparties in the course of Travel Rule compliance;
  • to service providers (blockchain analytics tools) — only to the extent necessary for AML purposes;
  • in the event of corporate reorganisation or pursuant to a court order.

All recipients are required to maintain confidentiality and observe applicable data protection standards.

5. Data Storage and Protection

Data is stored on secure servers in jurisdictions that meet FATF requirements and local legislation (including 152-FZ and GDPR).

Retention period: not less than the period required by AML legislation (generally at least 5 years following the termination of the relationship; in certain cases — indefinitely to ensure compliance).

Technical security measures: encryption, multi-factor authentication, regular audits, and access restricted to authorised personnel only.

Hosting providers are selected with due regard for compliance with confidentiality and regulatory requirements.

6. Users' Rights

  • To know the full list of personal data processed by the Service;
  • To request correction or deletion of data (except where retention is mandatory under AML rules);
  • To withdraw consent (this may result in restricted access to services);
  • To object to the processing of data;

Important: due to AML standards, complete deletion of data may not be possible until the prescribed retention periods have expired.

7. Cookies and Technical Data
