What if the partner exchange goes down during my transaction?

If a partner exchange experiences downtime during your transaction, your funds are safe. PLATOV will either complete the exchange once the partner is back online, or process a full refund to your original payment source. You'll be notified by email about the status.

What Happens

PLATOV uses multiple partner exchanges to ensure reliability. If one partner goes down, we attempt to route your transaction through an alternative partner. If no alternative is available, we hold your funds safely and either complete the exchange when the partner recovers (usually within 1-4 hours) or process a full refund.

Your Funds Are Safe

Partner downtime does not put your funds at risk. All received payments are held securely until the exchange is completed or refunded. You don't need to take any action — our system monitors partner status and will automatically resume processing.
