Why is my transaction stuck in "pending"?

A pending transaction usually means it's waiting for blockchain confirmations, partner exchange processing, or an AML review. For crypto-to-crypto, wait 20-30 minutes. For crypto-to-fiat, wait 45-60 minutes. If it's still pending after these timeframes, contact support.

  • Insufficient confirmations — The blockchain network is still confirming your transaction.
  • Partner exchange delay — The partner exchange is processing the trade.
  • AML review — Your transaction has been flagged for a routine compliance check.
  • Network congestion — High traffic on the blockchain is slowing confirmations.

What to Do

First, check your transaction hash on a block explorer to verify it's confirmed. If confirmed but still pending on PLATOV, the partner exchange may be processing. Wait the recommended time, then contact support with your order number and TxID.
