The exchange rate you see includes: PLATOV's service fee, the exchange spread, and blockchain network fees. These are not hidden — they're transparent components of the rate. You can compare our rate to spot market rates on CoinGecko or CoinMarketCap to see the total effective fee.
External Fees to Consider
Your bank or payment provider may charge their own fees for transfers. These are outside PLATOV's control and not included in our pricing. For example, some Nigerian banks charge NGN 25-50 per transfer, and GCash charges a small fee for InstaPay transfers. Check with your provider for their fee schedule.
